Driven by Performance

Since we introduced QS 9000 and ISO 9001:2000 in 2003 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management system in June 2006, we have continuously improved our product quality and quality management system; To emphasize the prevention of defective products and to reduce variations and waste that may occur during production, the following steps have been taken: The raw rubber materials and additives are totally imported and their standards meet the National Standard (GB), America ASTM, Japan JIS, Germany DIN and a number of standards specific to other developed countries. The importation of raw rubber material to product delivery is strictly monitored and controls are carried out in all steps of production, where each batch of rubber material is monitored and controlled using the vulcanization curve. Automatic measuring equipment from Italy and America, as well as two fully automatic Inspection machines from Doss Italy have also been added to our automatic inspection center. As a result, we are able to carry product quality control based on the concept of defect prevention. Meanwhile, our production equipment includes an auto conveying cooling device to solve the challenge of well-proportioned heat dissipation, and we have also added a large scale vacuum and ejection vulcanizing machine. Each process and procedure comes with an operating manual and inspection specifications to ensure that the quality of products delivered to the client is higher than their own AQL levels, and non-defective samples are used as a sampling standard for the products. Should clients have problems or issues concerning our products, we will typically adopt the 8D system to improve and solve them within a specified deadline.
